[24NOV23] team went to try this newly built sport center. Most of the team is new to this sport, we had coaches to teach us, shout out and thank you for the patience coach Coco and coach LA.
The venue is well lit and nice.
It has an over view deck which you can see the 3 courts from above. 🙂
The restroom/changing room is airconditioned (amazing). They have 2 shower cubicles and 1 toilet. [Male, idk about the ladies room].
They have cafe/snack room with merchandise for sale as well.
4star because The only missing here is a good parking space, we had to park along the side street.

DO NOT ATTEND PILATES CLASS UNDER A CERTAIN COACH NAMED VIC.

If you’re planning to try pilates class here, try their other coaches. I’ve been doing pilates for quite some time now to different studios, and it’s not my first time going to his class as well. But my last class with him, he’s VERY RUDE to EVERYONE during the class.

1. He started the class very early, so people who have other things to do and just go to their schedule JUST THE EXACT TIME since it’s also NOT THEIR FIRST TIME, had to run and looked dumb since they’ve already done so much you missed so much already.

2. He keeps on shouting when he wants to put somebody in shame, but when giving instructions his voice is really low you cannot hear a thing so the tendency is, some of the students have to look his way to like attempt to hear better or to look to their classmate to know what’s the next flow. (BUT he gets mad when people do that, LISTEN DAW SA KANYA. Vic, louder your voice, common.

3. My last session was the worst, I paid for a Flow +, which means advanced, but it felt like I was in a beginner class.

4. He keeps on dropping rude comments to everyone. He actually doesn’t know how to treat CLIENTS with RESPECT. You don’t need to shout, Vic. We’re here, we paid for the session, so that means we are motivated to do the exercise. Don’t make it an excuse to tell us that you’re just trying to motivate us. There are also ways to teach without being very rude to people, especially your CLIENTS.

The environment during the entire sessions was full of negative vibes. You can see people loosing their focus because Vic is very rude and kept on dropping unnecessarily rude comments.

No wonder this pilates place is a bit cheap, because you get this treatment. Honestly, for the amount of people during a class, it’s still not cheap. There are studios who are a bit more expensive, but you’re only 5 in a class, AND THE COACHES ARE VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL. I don’t know why Vic is very boastful and rude. You’re not above anyone. If you want to gain respect, respect your clients too!

WILL DEFINITELY NOT GO BACK TO THIS STUDIO unless there’s another instructor for Pilates Flow+.

Went for the Pilates class with Coach Vic after hearing about their introductory ₱600 rate. There are 10 people to a class on brand new meritthew machines which were very nice.

The teacher however was very unwelcoming. It was my group’s first time to attend this class, but we were immediately irked by the teacher saying that he’s been telling management not to book beginners with his regulars.

My two cousins were first timers in Pilates and he begrudgingly oriented them with the reformer, but not without first complaining that we should have come earlier because now we would delay the class for his regulars. We had just been outside for 15 minutes and didn’t know we could come in already!

When the class started, it was difficult to understand his instructions but at least I’ve been doing Pilates elsewhere so I knew what to do. He was not too keen on correcting forms or repeating instructions, even when I noticed everyone was doing different things so it was difficult to follow.

At one point, the teacher even seemed surprised that we could keep up, and made a demeaning remark to the effect of “oh, kaya nyo pala.”

No clue if the teacher was having a bad day or something but I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a fitness space. I will not be going back here, which is a shame because the machines are great.

The facility is easy to locate at the corner of williams and sheridan..
There's also a small cafe in the premises..
The only issue i see here is that there are a few times the balls they play with escapes the cages and gets into the basketball court which could be dangerous for the basketball players if they failed to notice the balls.
